These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.gattyzactive.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made from Gattyz Active (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
2. Products & Availability
All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and sizing accurately; however, slight variations may occur.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the Site are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
We offer the following payment options at checkout:
- Secure online payments via Paystack
- Local bank transfer
For Paystack payments, transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Gattyz Active does not store or have access to customers’ full payment card details.
For local bank transfers, orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified. Gattyz Active is not responsible for delays caused by pending or unverified transfers.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment has not been completed or verified within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Orders & Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless expressly agreed by Gattyz Active.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Gattyz Active is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services once the order has been dispatched.
6. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final except where Gattyz Active has made an error in the order or failed to meet agreed terms.
Exchanges may be considered subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where the exchange is due to customer error.
International orders are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of Gattyz Active and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that may harm, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with other users’ access.
