Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A. we accept secure online payments via Paystack as well as local bank transfer at checkout.
Paystack payments are processed securely through our third-party provider, and Gattyz Active does not store your full card details.
For bank transfers, orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Q:Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?
A. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is immediately queued for processing and cannot be cancelled.
Order modifications (such as size, colour, or address changes) are not guaranteed and must be requested immediately after purchase. Approval is subject to availability.
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?

We offer same-day express delivery within Lagos State only.
To qualify:
• Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM
• Order details must be sent immediately to our official Instagram page so processing can begin promptly
Same-day delivery is subject to confirmation and availability.
Q.How long does delivery take?
• Lagos: 1–3 business days
• Outside Lagos (Nigeria): 3–7 business days
• International: Timelines vary by destination
Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Q. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not offer returns or refunds except where an error was made by Gattyz Active or where we failed to meet stated order terms.

Q. Do you allow exchanges?
A. Yes, exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Lagos orders: Must be returned within 1–2 working days
• Orders outside Lagos: Must be returned within 3–5 business days
• International orders: All sales are final and exchanges are not available
All exchange requests must be made immediately via Instagram or email within 24-48hours of order delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return and re-delivery costs where the exchange is due to customer error.
Q. How can I avoid sizing issues?
A.We strongly encourage customers to refer to our size chart before placing an order. This helps ensure the perfect fit and allows for a seamless shopping experience.
Q. Who covers shipping for exchanges?
A. If an exchange is requested due to customer preference or sizing error, all shipping costs are covered by the customer.
